We are pleased to announce that QENS2004 will be held in Arcachon near Bordeaux (France) between the first and the fourth of September 2004. This year, the conference is organised by the condensed matter research group of the "Laboratoire de Physico-Chimie Moléculaire" (CNRS - University of Bordeaux I, France).

The QENS2004 conference is the seventh International Conference on Quasi-Elastic Neutron Scattering. QENS2004 is the natural continuation of the series started in 1992 in Windsor. Since then, several successful meetings aimed towards keeping the quasielastic neutron scattering community in close contact have been organised in San Sebastian (1993), Parma (1995), Nykpöping (1998), Edinburgh (2000) and Potsdam-Berlin (2002).
